The Assembly of the Council consists of all full members of the Council.

The Assembly has the right to:

1. Adopt the Statute of the Council;
2. Adopt the annual budget of the Council;
3. Define general directions, approve long-term and short-term plans, the programmes and specific goals of the Council;
4. Establish and periodically modify the membership fees paid by full and associate members;
5. Decide on the integration, separation or transformation of the Council, as well as on the other changes of the Council’s status;
6. Elect and dismiss the members of the Board of Directors;
7. Elect and dismiss the President of the Board of Directors;
8. Adopt decisions in the field of material and financial operations;
9. Adopt the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly; and
10. Decide on the other issues according to the Law and Statute.
